The mission of Wyoming County Community Health System and its medical providers is to ensure delivery of quality health services that promote health,
safety, and quality of life to its citizens.
WCCHS is licensed by the NYS Department of Health and is accredited by the Joint Commission on
Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO).
We are a not-for-profit community health care system providing primary care, nursing home care, general acute,
and specialty services to residents of and visitors to Wyoming County.
We are in touch with the community throughout the year offering a variety of educational and support programs
as well as preventative screening or wellness clinics.
If you are looking for a way to assist the hospital why not think about becoming a volunteer.
Soon, WCCHS will install WCCHS News & Events page. Look for all the programs that offer an
educational event or a Senior Connection. We will list those programs at least a month in advance.
We will identify and respond to the community health needs and focus on our customer through:
- External Vision: Wyoming County Community Health System will treat
everyone with courtesy, professionalism, and respect, and will provide the
highest quality of care possible.
- Internal Vision:
- Creating and maintaining a rural model of excellence through
effective health programs
- Attracting and retaining skilled, motivated employees
- Treating everyone with Courtesy, Professionalism, Respect (CPR)
