Adult Day Health Care

The Adult Day Health Care Program at WCCHS

Sometimes a caregiver needs additional support for their loved ones. Welcome to the Adult Day Health Care Program at Wyoming County Community Health System. We specialize in providing respectful, compassionate care for loved ones 18 years of age or older, including those with Dementia, Alzheimer’s, or other cognitive impairments.

BROAD RANGE OF DAILY CARE

We also understand that individuals who are active and nourished are healthier and happier. That’s why we offer a comprehensive spectrum of personal, daily care that includes planned activities, age appropriate games, light breakfast, full lunch and snacks.

Benefits include increased independence, enhanced socialization, early detection of changing health conditions, as well as keeping disabled or handicapped individuals active. All in a safe, caring environment that’s close to home, next to a full-service hospital.

It’s just what you’d expect from neighbors who care.
