Visiting
We are delighted that you are taking the time to visit a friend or family member. We would like to remind you that only two visitors are allowed in a patient room at one time.

Visitors Hours
11:00 am - 8:30 pm

Visitor Services
Please visit Central Perk coffee shop located in the main lobby of the hospital. Please see our ad for more information.

Radiology Services
The 4th Thursday of every month, Radiology will be accepting appointments until 7:30PM for mammograms, DEXA scans and routine ultrasound exams. Click here for more information.

4th Floor OB/GYN
Children under 12 - please ask nurses

Intensive Care:
Immediate family and significant other at the discretion of the staff.

Nursing Facility:
Visiting Hours are 9:00am - 9:00pm and special accommodations can be made in the facility.

: Additional Patient Information

Telephones
Patient phones are available on the medical/surgical floors for a small daily fee of $2.00. The patient or a family member must sign a consent form for the service. Please contact the nursing staff for assistance in setting up the room phone.

Television
A representative from Tele-Health will stop by your room to discuss our television service.

Newspapers
Newspapers are available outside the main lobby of the hospital. Deliveries are made in the early morning and early afternoon. Papers are available from the Buffalo and Rochester region.

Meals
Meals are based on your diet, per your physician instructions. You will receive a variety of meals every day. You will receive a daily menu for choices. Family members or friends may join you for a meal by ordering a guest tray through the nurses' station. Price for a guest tray is $4 for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Payment is requested upon delivery of the meal.

Flowers and Mail
Mail and flowers are delivered to patients Monday through Saturday. Flowers are not allowed in the Intensive Care Unit.

Smoking
Wyoming County Community Health System is a smoke free campus.

Notary Public
Available in house. Please check with your nurse.; Language Line
Wyoming County Community Hospital has the capability of providing language interpretation services through Language Line to our patients who need it. Patients need only to inquire and the service will be provided.

Billing and Discharge Information

- Billing/payment arrangements may be made by contacting:
The Credit and Collection Department at 786-8940, Ext. 4412 or 4413

- Billing for Anesthesia Services is done by each Anesthesiologist. Please contact your Anesthesiologist for information.

- Radiology billing for the technical component is done by the hospital billing office.
The physician component is billed by Community Radiology, Clifton Springs, NY 1-800-841-0417. You will receive two bills for Radiology Services.

- Billing questions regarding Hospital services may be directed to the Business Office. Extensions 4405 through 4411.

- Laboratory billing is done by the Hospital Business Office. You may receive additional laboratory billings if testing needs to be sent to an independent reference laboratory for processing.
