Our front parking lots (in front of the main entrance) are now open with more handicap accessible spots than before.

Communications

Patient phones are available on the medical and surgical floors for a daily fee of $2.00.

Basic Cable Television is available in patient rooms upon request.

Daily Newspapers from the Buffalo and Rochester region can be purchased outside of the hospital's main lobby.

Other Services

Flowers and Mail are delivered to patients Monday - Saturday.  

Notary Public Services are available Monday - Friday.

Language Interpretaters are available upon request.

Non Smoking Campus

WCCHS is a smoke-free campus.
