To provide nursing services which will assist residents to attain or maintain the highest practical physical, mental and psychosocial well being. The Wyoming County Community Health System Nursing Facility is licensed by the New York State Department of Health.  Additionally, should a resident require immediate medical attention, the Nursing Facility is attached to an Acute Hospital which is a member of the Joint Commission of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO).  We are a not-for-profit community health care system providing traditional long-term nursing care, sub-acute, rehabilitation, palliative and specialized intravenous therapy. Management and Staff are committed to improving on the quality care and service that the 160 bed facility offers, as well as improving our buildings through continuous remodeling and renovations.
