Education:

Dr. Balaya completed his medical education at the University of Buffalo, and went on to complete his residency at Buffalo’s Women and Children’s Hospital (presently Oshei).

About:

Dr. Balaya received the Chief Resident Teaching award in 2012. He specializes in providing medical and surgical care for women, with expertise in pregnancy, childbirth, and disorders of the reproductive system.
